Summer Lobster Pasta with Heirloom Tomatoes and Basil
Pasta is one of my all time favorite indulgences and I LOVE lobster so put the two together in a recipe and I am in foody heaven! During the summertime I am constantly buying tomatoes at the store of all kinds and sizes because they are so sweet and juicy. Last night I had a lobster party thanks to Casa Mia and came up with this recipe. It is such an easy dish that brings a lot of wow factor. I boil the pasta in the same water that I cook the lobster in which gives the noodles such a delicious seafood flavor. The lobster tails go a long way in this dish which makes it seem like you spent a lot of money when you really don’t have to! Lobster pasta is one dish I highly recommend for your next dinner party. I promise all of your guests will love it!
