With the holidays coming up my friend Krystal and I thought it would be fun to come up with a cocktail for our Thursday Holiday Recipe Series! This is a recipe I tried to recreate of one of my favorite drinks that I get at a local French Restaurant. It is such a light and refreshing drink, perfect to serve at any upcoming holiday party! I love that it looks so fancy as well! The recipe only has 4 ingredients and is super simple to make. Cheers!

Total Time:

Ingredients
- 1 pt raspberries
- 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 bottle of champagne (or prosecco)
Instructions
- Place all but 8 raspberries in a blender with the juice of half a small lemon and the sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour puree through a fine mesh strainer to get rid of any seeds. (This part is optional). Place a couple of spoonfuls of the puree in the bottom of a champagne glass. (About 3 tablespoons) Place one of the raspberries in the bottom of the glass. Top with champagne. I like to serve mine with a raspberry on the side of the glass as well for décor. Enjoy!
