Blueberry, Avocado, and Banana Smoothie

I believe the best way to start any day is with breakfast, it just kick starts you on the right foot! I love changing up my breakfast all the time so I don’t get bored with the same foods each week. One easy way I found to do this is by making smoothies, there are so many different ingredients you can put in smoothies and they always turn out so good! This blueberry, avocado, and banana smoothie is by far one of my favorites I’ve come up with. It is filled with antioxidants and healthy fats, leaving you satisfied¬†throughout the entire morning! You can’t go wrong starting your day off with this smoothie!

Blueberry, Avocado, and Banana Smoothie

  • Serves: 2
  • Yield: 2 large smoothies


  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 c of blueberries
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1/2 c of vanilla almond milk
  • 2 handfuls of ice


  1. Put all ingredients in the blender, blend, and serve! I top mine with sliced bananas or a few blueberries so people know what is in it. I had my smoothie with scrambled egg whites and an english muffin, but it is perfectly filling on its own!
