Making cocktails isn’t usually my thing but, this one came out a winner! I usually leave the cocktail making up to my boyfriend and I do the cooking, so I was really proud of myself when everyone loved this Bumble Tini. I worked with Bumble App to try to create a fun drink for their users to have before their dates. This tini is pretty and pungent. It has the perfect amount of sweetness and will help anyone loosen up before a blind date! It’s delicious on a Wednesday after a long day at work as well. 😉

Ingredients
- 6 oz pineapple juice
- 6 oz vodka
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 c club soda
- 4 maraschino cherries, optional for decoration
- 1/4 c granulated sugar
- 1/4 c lime juice
Instructions
- Place pineapple juice, vodka, honey, and club soda in a martini shaker with lots of ice. Shake well, until the drink is chilled.
- Pour the sugar on one small plate and the lime juice on another small place. Dip the rim of the martini glasses in the lime juice then into the sugar to make a sugar rim.
- Once the martini is shaken and chilled pour into sugar rimmed martini glasses. You can place a cherry on the side or bottom on the glass if desired. It adds a nice pop and makes the cocktail look extra fancy! Enjoy!
