Instructions

1. Place pineapple juice, vodka, honey, and club soda in a martini shaker with lots of ice. Shake well, until the drink is chilled.
2. Pour the sugar on one small plate and the lime juice on another small place. Dip the rim of the martini glasses in the lime juice then into the sugar to make a sugar rim.
3. Once the martini is shaken and chilled pour into sugar rimmed martini glasses. You can place a cherry on the side or bottom on the glass if desired. It adds a nice pop and makes the cocktail look extra fancy! Enjoy!
