Ingredients
- 1/4 c red onion, chopped
- 7 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 c parsley
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 c olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place the onion, garlic, parsley, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
- Pulse the ingredients until combined. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while blending. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Taste to adjust any seasonings.
- Chill until ready to use.
