- 1 c nonfat greek yogurt, I prefer fage
- 1 c grated cucumber, about 1/2 hothouse cucumber
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dill, fresh, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper
- Mix everything in a bowl. Taste and adjust any necessary seasonings.
- Put the sauce in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill then serve!
